Our Story

2010

Humble Beginnings

In 2010, WaveOC embarked on its journey in the IT industry, driven by a passion for Salesforce development. Our humble beginnings laid the foundation for our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional IT outsourcing services.

2012

Strategic Foundation

By 2012, WaveOC took a bold step forward, establishing our presence in Singapore. This pivotal move marked the beginning of our global expansion, enabling us to better serve a diverse and growing client base.

2015

Rapid Expansion

2015 was a year of rapid growth for WaveOC. Our team expanded to over 30 dedicated professionals, and we forged strategic partnerships with industry giants like Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. This growth solidified our strong industry presence.

To better support our North American clients, we established a legal entity in the USA, enhancing our operational capabilities. This move allowed us to provide more localized support and build closer relationships with our clients in the region.

2016

Overcoming Challenges

In 2016, we faced significant restructuring, resulting in temporary downsizing. This challenging period tested our resilience and sparked innovation, ultimately making us stronger and more agile in the face of adversity.

2018

New Beginnings

2018 was a year of new beginnings for WaveOC. By relocating our operations to Singapore and securing new clients, we entered a dynamic phase of growth. Re-establishing ourselves with local partners, we continued to expand our service offerings.

Additionally, we established a legal entity in Australia, further solidifying our global presence. This strategic move enhanced our ability to provide localized support and services to our clients in the region.

WaveOC 2.0

In late 2023, we took a bold step towards transformation, realizing that to achieve our ambitious goals, we needed to redefine our path. WaveOC 2.0 was born from this vision, emphasizing innovation, client-centricity, and sustainable growth.
