Client uses Salesforce for Marketing needs. All the data that is related to Campaigns is processed with a help of manual edit values in Excel spreadsheets (moreover these spreadsheets are being printed for further use). We need to implement a solution to allow employees process the data on-the-go and get the most actual information when it is necessary.
Five different action scenarios were designed to cover all the possible Client's Staff User workflows. It is possible to store and request necessary information from anywhere (Enquiry Wizard view was optimized for mobile platforms). In addition, a complex custom reporting solution was implemented (these reports collect information from internal Salesforce data and external systems data as well).
All the work is centered on the usage of standard object Campaign within Salesforce1 mobile application. To meet Client requirements several major changes were applied to the view of each Campaign, custom search and sorting were implemented to allow User to find necessary information quickly and intuitively, custom buttons and checkboxes were added to each Campaign layout – in general, the out of the box functionality was completely rebuilt to deliver everything according the requirements. End solution is optimized for all mobile and tablet resolutions in iOS and Android versions.
